Email Lists
Stay connected to your students and Campolindo through email. There are a few different email lists you can join all at once, including:
- Campolindo Daily Bulletin
- Cougartracks
- Class of... 2009, 2010, 2011 and 2012
Acalanes Union High School District
This is a separate email subscription for district-wide issues, including budget. Given the current state of affairs, it's a must-read for all parents.
Campolindo Daily Bulletin
The best way to stay connected to Campo! The Daily Bulletin communicates daily activities directly to teachers and students and is published before every school day.
If you want to publish something in the Daily Bulletin, follow these
guidelines:
1) Make sure the event is a school event (including sports, music, clubs).
ONLY school events will be published through the school version of the Daily
Bulletin.**
2) Keep the message SHORT. The limit is 30 words, so edit down your message before sending.
3) Send the message to Mary Eggertsen well before noon of the day *before* you want your message out.
4) If your message needs pre-approval, send it to Kim Fisher
or Paul Mack. They will forward to Mary if approved. (If you're not positive about your message, get approval first; otherwise, it could be delayed and/or moot.)
Following these steps does not *guarantee* your message will get in; however, not following these steps will certainly decrease the chances of your message being published in the Daily.
**A final note from the CampoParents side: there are actually two versions of the Daily Bulletin. The original is published by Mary for use for Campo teachers/students/staff. A copy of that is sent to Diane Haley for re-publication through the Parents Club email list. If your message isn't appropriate for Campo students/faculty but is good for Campo parents/community, it *could* be published by the Parents Club (via Diane Haley).
Cougartracks
The official newsletter of the Campolindo Parents' Club, Cougartracks is distributed monthly, September through June.
Cougartracks welcomes articles from Campolindo parents, teachers, administrators and students! Please help us get the word out about any and all upcoming events such as fundraisers, class news, sports events, club and other student activities. We'd love to hear from you and welcome your ideas for topical articles of interest to parents.

Class of...
Each graduating class has their own, class-specific emails. Freshmen and Sophmore classes generally receive few (yet important) emails. Juniors receive more emails, and Seniors receive the most. Much of the information sent via email is also available on the class-specific pages, but it's much easier to receive a few, short emails to stay up-to-date.
